want start in cold weather

Is it cranking over and will not start or just won't crank over at all/nothing when you turn key to cranking position ??

My take on this one is if the security light is on solid or flashing when it doesn't start then you probably have a bad ignition switch.Really common on those car's especially if the temp gets 40 degree's or colder.If the security like light is on when there is a no start then see if you have code's B2960 and or B3033 in your body control module if you do then replace the ignition switch.There like 50 and easy to change.
