2004 Renault Kangoo Repair Question

What is wrong with my dashboard
My kangoo dashboard has a problem the mileage disapears the digital clock spins round then i will lose all of the dash can't see anything and an alarm starts ringing this does not happen constantly can last a few minutes or a few days, i have been to renault and they checked wiring also done a computer diagnostic but found no faults can anyone help with this problem.

no every time they checked the car was not messed up.

sorry i forgot the first time i took the car to the renault garage she was playing up when they looked at her and they did not find a fault.they said the battery was low and putting in a new battery might solve the problem it did for about 5min then she started playing up again.

hard to believe the garage/dealer has no answer?
