Having blinker problems

I have a 2004 Pontiac grand am having blinker problems I turn it on and I have no lights on the dashborad and then lights outside the car dont work. I have replaced fuses, hazard switch, I have taken the whole turn signal arm and cleaned it up what is my problem?

Does anything work when the hazards are switched on? I have attached the schematic for the external lighting circuits.

No nothing work there is no lights or anything inside and outside the car.

If you can hear the hazard assembly clicking, you've somehow blown all the bulbs. If not, check the fuses again.

We can hear it click on and then there is no sound after that. We have replaced the fuses more then Once and the same problem.

Use a test light or meter to see if there is power getting to the pigtails(the part the bulb goes into). If they're getting power, change the bulbs. If not, you need to use the schematic I sent to find out why.
