Pontiac Grand Am Catalytic converter Problem
Catalac converter is red hot and i just changed it and it is on right and it feels like it is spiting and spudering

You have a misfire that is putting too much raw fuel into the exhaust where it is being burned in the catalytic converter. That's why the last one melted and became blocked.
