While driving, car prompt me prnld error, as I stop I found smoke from engine side. After while when I try to start car trasmission is not working.

can any one advise me what is prnld error in peugeot and how to fix it

We don't have the information for this vehicle -might want to start by checking the transmission electrical connectors/TRS
