2004 Nissan Armada Repair Question

Nissan Armada Fuse Problem
One day heater only worked on high, next day not at all, I checked the fuses and they where blown, I replaced them and they blew out again. What could be the problem.

either a hsort in wires or blower taking to much power or maybe a control head problem.it needs to be looked at
