Electrical fault

I seem to have a fault with the electrics, when I put lights on all the dash gauges and lights go loopy and passenger window opens it self but it wont let you put it back up untill lights are off? Sometimes all the door locks go loopy at the same time to, also when I use passenger window with out lights on the dash goes loopy also. Any help appreciated thanks
