Car won"t start; doesn't recognize the set of keys; come on won't turn over. replace battery. and still doesn't want to start; need to move the car but can't start; was told by machanic that car doesn't recognize the key. do you know of some places in new york city that i may go to reprogram the key or what do you feel the problem may be?
