I need to replace the battery under the seat.

Hi I need to replace the battery under the seat, and although im` not stupid I just cannot figure out how to get the old battery out from under the seat
can any one help

The simplest way to access the battery would be to remove the driver's seat w/c is held down by 4 Torx bolts. But I found out there is a way for the battery to come out w/o removing the seat.

1st - Remove access covers for battery ( under the driver's seat) and the fuse box (side panel of dtiver's seat platform).

2nd - Undo the battery terminals w/ a box wrench.

3rd - Unbolt the fuse box and push aside slightly.

4th - There should just be enough clearance for the battery to pass through the side opening by lifting it out at a slight angle (assumes the correct slim height battery was fitted).

Correction: driver's seat is held down by 6 Torx bolts.
