Air conditioner is cold and runs well. Except when on an incline the fan is running but air is not coming out of the vents. No cold air or any air, it stops until I head downhill. I am adding more text to satisfy the required 200 characters. I service my truck regularly the engine is in great condition.

I will try to explain what I feel the problem is. First, you have what is called a blend air door that determines if you get heat or AC. This door is actuated by engine vacuum. When you drive up hill, you place the engine on a load which lowers engine vacuum. If you have a leak in the system, the blend air door may be closing for the AC. You need to check the HVAC system for leaks.

I hope you can understand that. Lol
