2004 Lexus ES 330 Repair Question

I reversed polarity during jumpstart: lexus es330 2004 and blew alt120a fuse. i replaced but it only revs at 1500 rpm.

First check every fuse in that car. You can expect a lot of failed computer modules after jumping it that way. But first check all fuses hopefully that's all it is

Thanks for the advice, i will go check on it and get back to you in a few minutes. i hope it works, car has been down 4months.
