2004 Land Rover Discovery 2 Possible That Gaskets On Oil Pan Water Pump Timing

is it possible that the gaskets on the oil pan, water pump , timing chain cover , and bell housing all leak at the same time. I have a head gasket leak and oil pan gasket leak, then found out that the water pump gasket is leaking, now another mechanic is telling me that the timing chain gasket and bell housing is leaking
