2004 Kia Sorento Hey Guys Ve Got 04 That Running Fine Until Tried Starting

Hey guys, I've got an 04 Kia Sorento that was running fine until I tried starting up in the morning, it would turn over but not start. I sprayed starter fluid into intake & fired up for mere seconds, then died on me. It doens't have a full tank, less than a quarter tank so I dont' think that's the issue. Any thoughts on what my next step(s) could be?
