It won't crank over I replaced coils and starter

It won't crank over I replaced coils and starter. It still won't turn over like no power getting to the alternator cuz the windows and lights jus fade. It was running fine then stopped they said I had a cylinder 2 miss fire that was the only engine code check light. The radio jus rest every time u turn the car on.
