Jeep Grand Cherokee Gas Problem

My check engine light came on and off for 2 weeks one min it would drive fine the next it acted up well finally the light stated flashing it was idleing werid and it smelled like gas really bad had lots of white smoke comming out the tailpipe and also gas its horrible on gas miliage right now and hesataes when we drive like it wants to die but never has but we took it to auto zone and it gave me these codes p0202 and p0203

codes are for coils 2 and 3. i suggest starting with a tune up of replacing plugs and all coils.

the second one was replaced in march of last year ...could it in any way be the throttle position sensor
