2004 Jaguar XJ6 the display reads Bonnet Open
2004 Jaguar XJ6 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 50,000 miles The red indicator light is on and the display reads Bonnet Open I am not sure what this is?

If it isn't a convertible, I'm going to say that is the trunk. They (English) call the hood a "bonnet". Could be a problem with the latch assembly or pin switch for the trunk not seeing it closed
