Jaguar X-Type Fuel pressure Problem

I cleaned my common rail to injector pipes out due to slow power now it wont start, diagnostics shows no code, ive checked pipes for fuelflow to injectors all is fine, getting 5v to injector connections and 5v and 12v to air flow fuel pressure is spot on its trying to start but wont, even though injectors not working seems the obvious choice injector test show perfect pressure and spray, mechanicaly it seems sound. p.s all fuses and relays checked. any clues?

what did you do with all the fuel that leaked out of the rail and injectors?? did it go down the cylinders?? it may be flooded.
