Water leaking from little hole be hind ac compressor. How do you repair this? What is the purpose of this hole?

If there is a small visible hole like the one in the picture attached, it is called a weep hole and it's purpose is to notify you that you need to replace your water pump.

Or, it could just be condensation from the A/C compressor. Check your coolant level and you will find out if it is your water pump thats on it's way out.
