2004 Hyundai Santa Fe Repair Question

What do you think is happening with my tranny?
3.5v6, FWD.auto trans. When driving above 45 mph and foot is taken of accelerator, shifts between 5th and 4th gear rapidly, back and forth. Replaced tranny 14 months ago. Problem was not happening before new tranny. started about 2 months ago. CPU say "bad 5th gear ratio" Shifts fine while accelerating. No noises. Dealer says i need a new tranny. i say no way. new codes? reboot? Flash? Thanks, Billy

I need the exact code numbers you have in the computer not code descriptions.
