Rear wiper

How do you fix a rear wiper repair on a 2004 honda pilot

What exactly is wrong with it? If you just want to replace the blade, remove it via the clip from the wiper arm.

The blade is ok. The moter doesnt work. the arm spins freely 360 degrees.
