Car Sputters now and Shuts Off! Gas and Speedometer also stopped working.

2004 Honda Element - 87,000 miles. The car stopped running in 5th gear....had to use 4th gear on freeway until last night. Now, gar goes 5 seconds, and sputters. Help, please help. Help me and you will see at least a %10 DONATION.
