Back driver side door of our 2004 commodore equipe series II was opening and unlocking just fine untill I put the child safety lock on, then I close the door, locked the car via central locking button and now we can not unlock the door to open it.
It can not be unlocked via central locking or by hand, the door lock will not budge :(
Can you please help me with out it costing me $$$?
Oh and I am a single mum of 5 and REALLY need access through both back doors and could you please reply in laymen terms as I am a single mum with no car/mechanical experience at all. :/
thank you - Jo :)

Try cycling through dead lock and normal with the key and see if this trips the lock.

You should have a dead lock option, do you have the owners manual still?
