My van has been having some idle issues. We got the code foe spark plug 3 misfiring, so I changed all of the plugs. Now it says mas airflow sensoe is bad, so I cleaned that with MAF cleaner.

Now the car wont even start!

We also changed the pcv valve and the idle control valve. I wasnt able to test the pressure of the fuel with a guage, but I did replace the fuel filter and I did have pressure when I removed it. Also I can hear the fuel pump turning on when try to start the car.

Can a fuel pump act like it is working when in fact it is not?

Thanks

Yes, a fuel pump can run but not produce enough pressure to run the engine. Since it won't start since you cleaned the MAF, it sounds like your problem may be coming from there.
