Ford Freestar Engine Problem
I just got my 2004 freestar sport back with an error code of p2006 intake runner control stuck closed bank 1. I do notice a jerkiness when driving on the highway but this passes; it is very intermittant actually. The engine seems to run fine, other than this.
308000 km or 191000 miles on the van.
can i drive in this condition and are there any cost effective repairs i can try before an expensive repair.

most common issue is the plastic clip which holds the rod on the imrc solenoid breaks and the rod falls off.
clips are about 5 bucks. you need someone to look and verify
