04 ford f 150 heritage model, 4.2 ltr, at idle runs fine, when speeding up under load, the vehicle wants to bog down like starving for fuel,, once at top end it runs good ,, if go to speed up,, seems like starved for fuel,, new pump,, new fliter, in it,, any ideas thanks,
