It clicks when trying to start it, I cleaned the batt terminals and it started a few times since but now it only clicks when trying to turn over. The head light are still coming and dome lights too but seem a little dim, is this a starter, battery, or alternator issue

This is most likely a starter issue. If you can get near the starter with a hammer. Tap it firmly a couple times on the back side of it and see if it starts. This will sometimes get it to start. If not then I would still suspect a starter.
