2004 Dodge Stratus Car Starts Wants Wiggle Terminal Connection Starts Bought

The car starts when it wants to, wiggle the terminal connection and it starts. I bought a new battery, and checked all the grounds. I have a feeling it has to do with the clutch sensor when you go to start it. Any ideas?
