Could be brake hoses collapsed, locked wheel cylinders in the rear or suspension issues

Have you checked
(1) the condition of the lower strut mount condition (is it broken or cracked)
(2) the condition of the control arm busing (is it broken or cracked)

I have a similar problem and the strunt mount bushing has one crack line. But its definetly not worn out. I get some metal grinding sound when ever I steer to make a left turn. This sound is from somewhere on the front right wheel area. Previously for this problem I was told to replace the inner tie rod end and I did and it was fine. But its started again now. Its hardly been 10,000 - 15,000 Km.
