2004 Dodge Dakota Told That Main Bearing On Truck 4 7l Engine Same One Ram

I am told that the main bearing is gone on my Dodge truck. Is the 4.7L engine in it the same as the one in the Ram and or Durango? Are the motors interchangeable?
