My fan inside the car will not turn offf as soon as I start car it is blowing air full power, I can adjust the temperature but the fan is still blowing full power

Sounds like the button has broken from the switch inside the panel, you can access it by taking the plastic pocket under the cd player out. I believe its t20 screws that hold the control unit in place.
