Heating/ac system
Heating system will not power off. When I turn my car on, the does not turn off. I can't power it on or off. It comes on at max and I can't turn it dow.,

I assume your referring to the blower motor and that you car is equipped with Auto Temp Control. If that is true, then you are likely looking at a bad blower speed control module, also called a power module. You can access it through the glove box opening.
