2004 Chrysler Concorde Repair Question

My 2004 chrysler concored lxi shifts down to second gear and stays in till u put it in park and start it again then it goes for a while and gets stuck in second again would dirty batt cables cause the problem
When its cold shifts fine i changed the input output sensors did not help its got the po700 and po158

its in limp mode, have a trans pro check this with a scanner it may have a seal or clutch out of it or something similar.
