2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer not starting and A/C

First is seems like its not going to start when you turn key but it does
It has not started once this week but turned key off and tried key again and it started
Then yesterday A/C worked in afternoon but then not in evening
Gradually the A/C has stopped working on all settins but #3 and now not at all
no air comes out hot or cold

IT sounds like you have two problems. First, if the AC only works on #3, it sounds like it is related to the switch. The issue with the delayed starts, check to make sure the fuel pump pressure is within spec when you first turn the key on.
