2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer Cold Will Drive Fine Gears Working Once Starts Warm

When my Trailblazer is cold it will drive fine with all gears working. Once it starts to warm up I lose everything. It still runs but I don't have any gears. Let it cool for a few minutes and its fine again. Whats wrong?
