Chevy top wont raise or lower, and read on the instrument panel (roof timeout delay)
The convertible top wont lift up. the dash panel reads roof timeout delay

this really needs a tech 2 hooked up to it to see what the problem is. you'll have to take to a dealer or someone that has a tech 2. ta tech 2 is a diagnostic scanner.
