Chevrolet Silverado Fuse Problem
All the guages went out, is this a fuse issue?

no, most likely a cluster failure

how can this be fixed---Is this something I can do or does it have to be repaired professionally?

the unit either requires a new unit or to be sent out for repair. i would let a shop do this for you
