Chevrolet Silverado Choke Problem
I have a 2004 chevy silverado 4.3 it starts fine but it chokes after 5 seconds

Get the trouble codes pulled. Any Advance Auto or Auto Zone will do this for free. Also test the fuel pressure. The aforementioned auto stores will loan you the test kit to do this.
