Chevrolet Malibu Turn signals Problem
My turn signals only work some times. Everything else on that switch works fine.

It could still be the multi-function switch failing slowly. Elctrical parts fail like that as contacts wear away. The other possibility is the relay for the turn signals or the hazard flasher.
