2004 Chevrolet Malibu Just Changed Rear Lights Due Them Being Lighter Than Other

I just changed the rear lights due to them being lighter than other side. Now my blinker is blinking faster than normal. I took the old bulbs in to make sure I was given the same ones. What can be wrong?
