Chevrolet Impala Spark Problem
I just changed the spark plug and wires and now my car is making a tickin noise and had the smell of rotten eggs

Check leads are fitted correctly and pushed all the way home, have you just got any fuel? at night go out and start engine and lift bonnet, watch for any ignition spark arcing to earth.
