my '04 impala wont turn over when i turn the key.the dash lights up but wont turn over

there is a remote starter on it that don't work.just lately when i go over the railroad tracks then turn on the right turn signal all the alarms go off on the dash like battery ,traction control ect.but the engine runs fine .its like it resets itself then everything is fine.
