140000kms I have a chevy Aveo, it is a five speed standard. I shifted one day and it made a big clunk and now it's like my whole shifter rolled ahead, my neutral zone is up where my top gears should be and 2nd and 4th r back in neutral zone, I can not get it into gear?

The shifter is like its rolled ahead neutral zone is where top gears are and second and forth are in the neutral zone I was told it is the shifting linkage or something

Neutral zone in top gear range and second and forth in neutral zone no top gears but can still drive in 2 and 4

Bring it in to a transmission shop and have it further checked out

I will get it checked out, thanks for you time and opinion. Just to add I noticed most of the shifter mechanical is all plastic is it possible to have a tooth broken off to cause this like I said second and fourth is in the neutral zone I cant pull the shifter back to where they used to be
