I changed my oil and filter how do i reset the mileage for 100% on the oil percentage on computor
The computor says its at 40
the read out on my old oil is at 40& how do i change it back to 100% i lost my manual

Resetting Procedure
Follow this procedure to reset the GM Oil Life System.
Turn the ignition to ON but with the engine off.
Display the Oil Life message by pressing the info button.
Press and hold the RESET button until the display shows 100% Engine Oil Life. This resets the oil life index.
