Gear box
3 lights went on and the car stopped. ABS light, hand brake light and the ! light next to where it shows P, R etc...
could it be the gear box or a minor problem.

You need a scan done to find out what caused the indicators to come on.
Since it is the ABS and handbrake lights, it would moe likely to be brake related rather than transmission.

It turned out to be the dynamo regulator it is logic right? Cause I couldn't turn the car on after few hours the battery was unable to charge ,and I remembered that the internal lock was failing sometimes since few months..

Yes, when the the alternator fails, the electrical power supply would be affected and once the battery is drained, or almost drained. the vehicle would perform erratically and stall.
