Check engine light is on. Codes show up for misfire on all cylinders (1, 2, 3, and 4) P0107 code for M.A.P. Sensor shows up. Also code for o2 sensor shows up. For the most part, the car drives great. Every once in a while at idle, the rpms drop and the car almost completely stalls. So far it has only actually stalled once while starting to accelerate from a stop sign into a left turn as the car began to accelerate. I replaced the plugs and did a basic tune up. I ran some fuel injector cleaner through it and that is all I have tried. I just dont want to invest money unnecessarily. Car has 78k miles. 99% of the time car runs and idles great. It is just randomly that it bogs down at idle and during a slow acceleration that one time.

With misfires on all 4 cylinders id check fuel pressure and or change the fuel filter. A plugged fuel filter will lean out all the cylinders. Id try that first, then focus on the 02 sensor. It will also lean out the fuel, though not usually to that extent
