2003 VW Jetta GLI engine light flashing

2003 VW JETTA GLI, which I love, but. Engine light was flashing, I know that means it would be the ignition coil, REPLACED THEM. Light still flashing, REPLACED THE SPARK PLUGS.I pulled the codes, P0300, P0302, P0303, P0305. WHAT ELSE COULD BE WRONG WITH THE CLY. 2, 3, AND 5. PLEASE HELP

That leaves the wires or injection or intake issues.

Also posibly crank or cam sensor issues.

Thanks for your reply, I cleared the codes, and rescanned it, this time it came w/another code. It came w/ p0303 cyl 3 misfire, and p3211 which dtc can not be found, it refered me to the manual.
What does that mean.

Further checking says crank or cam sensor signal intermittant/unclean
