Toyota Tacoma Axle Problem

Have had to replace the bearing and seals in the rear axle 3 times in 5 years.frame is not twisted.this is a 4x4 xtracab v6.after researching, found that earlier 2wd models have had this problem.is this a super common problem to your knowledge and should I just replace the rear axle completely to fix this? or just get rid of it and buy something new?

do you have oversize tire??? lots of stress on the rear axle.

did you completely flush the unit after each repair with new fluid?? old metal shavings can cause this too.
