Toyota Tacoma Compression Problem

I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L 4 Cyl. Was running really bad. Changed the spark plugs. Ran a little better but still not right. Went and had it put on the computer and it's was showing that it was the mass air flow sensor & up flow Sensor at the Catalytic Converter. Changed those.still running bad, went and put it back on the computer and it showed misfiring on cylinder #3, Changed the Coil pack. it's still running like crap. Any suggestions on where to go next?

If you have 240K on the engine, I would check compression, especially in cylinder 3. You may have a weak cylinder with low compression.
