TOYOTA ECHO BLOWER MOTOR PROBLEM

2003 Toyota Echo • 95,000 miles

Heater makes horrible noise when turned on. Brief exploration on web says maybe something stuck in there? Best way to fix, handle. It is located behind the glove box and I took out about 5 screws but it does not move! Help, please.
