Toyota Camry Cruise control Problem
I have a camry 03 that doesn't have cruise control for default, Can I upgrade it with cruise control? I boutgh the cruise control switch that comes in the steering wheel, I need something else?"

You need a lot more than that to have working cruise control. Check with your dealer and see if they offer a retrofit system that can be installed but you are looking at considerable expense.
